28 March 2013

It's been a little weird waking up in the morning and not having to let Comet out of his cage or hearing him play with his little bell while I'm in my room still or all those little things like not seeing his cage in the corner of the apartment anymore. It's a strange feeling not having him around. I didn't know that I'd miss so many of those little things. But at the same time I'm excited for him to have a yard, another bunny pal to hang out with, and not having to move again for a long time. Plus I heard some of the neighbor kids yesterday saying they were going to go scare the bunny while I was putting Cohen down for his first nap of the day. So I know that this whole thing is much better for Comet.

Saying Goodbye to Comet

We now are without a little bunny in our apartment. It's kind of weird not having him around anymore... He's been a part of our home for a little over a year, but it was time. He just wasn't getting the attention he really needed (despite the new found attention he was getting from Cohen). But I know he'll be happy in his new home (especially since a baby won't be "petting" him anymore).
I snapped a couple of pictures of Cohen with Comet and these two are my favorites... I had to give Cohen his sippy cup so he'd stop grabbing Comet's fur and I gave Comet some pellets in his bowl so he'd sit next to Cohen... oh the bribery... but it made for cute pictures.

6 Months Old

I can't believe he's six months old already. This little guy has been such a blessing in my life and I LOVE being his mom.
He's got two teeth (I think more might be on the way), is an army crawling machine, loves playing, chatting, eating, and snuggling, and he's just so stinkin cute!

Pictures with Cohen

When Cohen and I went up to Washington I had my dad take a few pictures of the two of us.

Then I needed to have some pictures of Cohen with Dave so I snapped a couple of them as fast as I could for both my boys sake.
