Now my favorite of the period actresses is Nicole Kidman.... I adore all her films but her period films are her best by far. She's very elegant and such a wonderful actress that I'm always taken by her films.
Oh and I know Stepford Wives isn't a period film... but the wives are all dressed and supposed to be like how the wives were in the 50s and 60s...
